2. CLEAR WORRY (DAYTIME) 10 MINUTE BOOSTER.
The ten minute booster is best listened to in bed just after you wake up but can be used as a quick relaxation audio at any time during the day.
Both recordings have a cumulative effect so the more often you use them the more beneficial they will become.
